We are extremely proud and excited to announce that we are one of the 10 startups to attend the Colliers Proptech Accelerator Program, powered by Techstars!
Only a few startups from the world can participate in this exclusive program. The entry criteria for this program are very strict. We are the first startup from Finland to attend this proptech program, which makes us even more proud.
The American startup accelerator Techstars with its expertise in tech innovation, startups & alumni networks is joining forces with Colliers International, an expert in real estate, enterprising culture & global network. Colliers International is a Canada-based global commercial real estate services organization which operates in 68 countries.
This program looks for companies with innovative solutions (AI, machine learning, augmented reality, blockchain & more) on solving problems across the commercial real estate industry. The task of Colliers International and Techstars is to help these companies in accomplishing in their goals. The program starts in September and will be finalized in a demo day held in December in Toronto, Canada.
We strongly believe that this program will take SkenarioLabs to the next level as we will have the opportunity to develop our service together with Colliers International.
With this program, we aim to expand our services in international markets in commercial real estate (CRE). In specific, we would like to create a transparent and data-driven CRE investment service applied in machine learning (ML) for asset managers, banks and real estate investors.
Currently, we offer a detailed, accurate and reliable property-analytics service in residential real estate. Through this partnership with Colliers International, we look forward to offering the same service applied also to commercial real estate.
