Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Go to the “Import & Export” view.
  2. Choose a portfolio to be exported
  3. Click “Create Export” and the export process will start. You can read more from here

  2. Choose the portfolio where data should be imported or create a new one. For new portfolios, you can give a title to the portfolio. You can read more from here

  2. Enter the optimization parameters
  3. Click “Create new plan” and enter the optimization parameters

Property renovations are roughly divided into two classes: building renovations and unit renovations.

For building renovations:

  1. Go to building view and click “Add Renovation”
  2. Fill in the renovation form and click “Save Renovation”

For unit renovations:

  1. Go to unit view and open renovation section in technical details
  2. Click “Add New”
  3. Fill in the renovation form and click “Save”

You can change your password with these easy steps:

  1. Go to Setting page
  2. In the “User Account” tab, look for “Change Password” section
  3. Enter the new password and click “Change Password”

The portfolio consists of three tabs: Technical, Property and Finance. These three views capture the essential features of a portfolio. Portfolio view can be accessed by clicking “Portfolio” from the menu bar. For more information, you can check our documentation about this topic from here

The property view consists of 3 levels of view: Property group levelProperty building level and Property unit level. Each level displays the basic details of the property along with related technical or financial information. Accessing the property view can be done by clicking the buildings in a portfolio which are shown on the map.
